About the Role:
Corporate Relationship:
- Collaborate closely with the Senior Marketing Manager to identify and establish relationships with Corporations, Banks, IT Organisations, INGO/NGOs and the Manufacturing Industry.
- Identify potential business opportunities through industry tie-ups.
Workshops and Training:
- Assist in the organisation of workshops and training sessions tailored for industry professionals.
MoU Establishment:
- Schedule and establish Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs) with B2B Clients.
Client Engagement:
- Conduct meetings with clients, ensuring effective follow-up procedures.
- Maintain strong relationships with B2B clients by offering support, information, and guidance.
Reporting and Analysis:
- Prepare comprehensive monthly reports by collecting, analysing, and summarising information.
- Contribute to team efforts by achieving related results and infusing creative ideas into discussions.
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and uncover new business opportunities.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and sustain robust relationships with corporate clients, ensuring satisfaction and fostering repeat business.
- Address client inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.
- Uphold data confidentiality and CRM adherence as per company policy
Presentations:
- Conduct and coordinate presentations and product demonstrations for corporate clients, showcasing the value and benefits of our services.
Market Research:
- Stay abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
- Gather market intelligence and provide feedback to the management team for informed decision-making.
Team Collaboration:
- Collaborate seamlessly with internal teams, including academics, admissions, finance, and marketing, to ensure smooth operations.
Flexible Working Hours:
- Demonstrate flexibility to undertake duties at varying hours.
- Be prepared for additional travel requirements for meetings, conferences, and events, potentially outside of standard office hours.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of two years of sales experience.
- Candidates from media organisations are strongly encouraged to apply.
- Proven experience in B2B sales or business development.
- Familiarity with the products/services offered by the company.
