The British College hosted a farewell lunch

The CEO of The British College hosted a farewell lunch for Mr Guy Harrison who is leaving Nepal after four and a half years at The British Embassy. Thanking Guy for all his personal and official support over the year, Mr Kandel said he wishes Guy well and hoped he would come back to Nepal one day. In response, Mr Harrison said he would be taking rich and fond memories of Nepal and the kindness of the people. Of the earthquake and the aftermath Mr Harrison said it had been a difficult time for everyone but he was sure the Nepalese people would, through their resilience, rebuild Nepal.
Other guests included H.E. John Rankin The Ambassador from the UK to Nepal and his Deputy Ms Alison McEwen.
At the end of lunch Mr. Kandel presented small memento to his guest.
