BSc Cyber Security & Digital Forensics
Information Session for New Programme
In January, The British College will be starting the brand new BSc Cyber Security & Digital Forensics programme. Run in partnership with The University of the West of England, enrolment for foundation and undergraduate students is now open.
To mark the opening of enrolment for the session, on 29th October 2021, The British College hosted an information session on the campus and invited all interested applicants to attend. Hosted by Jessica Richards, who represented the TBC marketing team, the session began at 9.30 am.
The event was opened with a talk from our Associate Dean of Academics, Arun Joshi who welcomed the students, guardians and educational representatives in attendance - and expressed his excitement at the addition of this new course. He highlighted how high the employability rate was for graduates of the programme and specified how current it is in today's market.
This was followed by a presentation from Rohit Pandey, head of the programme, who talked to the potential applicants about the structure of the course. This included the modules, format and programme specifics and was followed by a question and answer session.
Amardeep Mandal, Head of Marketing, then closed the session and invited everyone to stay for lunch - which The British College provided as a part of the event. He said of the session, “Looking at the turnout for our event, we are pleased to see that the demand for this course has huge potential and look forward to welcoming our new students in January”.
