How can you improve your mental health in the New Year?


  1. Get enough sleep
  2. Pay attention to your feelings
  3. Spend time in nature
  4. Pursue a hobby
  5. Laugh often
  6. Grieve your losses
  7. Accept yourself, your imperfections and all
