JOB DESCRIPTION
This role is responsible for assisting the Quality, Assurance and Compliance Officer in ensuring the practice management needs of the service are delivered to a high–quality standard within the designated time period including ensuring that all departments are working in cohesion.
The role is a fixed-term internship for 6 months with an option of extension up to a maximum of 3 months. The role will be offered to existing and recent graduates of TBC/BPC in all cases and will have substantive engagement with all departments.
Overarching responsibilities:
- Monitoring the workflow between all departments and associated staff.
- Aiding management and staff in the formulation of policies, procedures and standard operating procedures.
- Conducting monthly compliance visit to relevant departments to ensure that the departments are conducting their activities as per their standard operating procedures and ensuring that the quality standards are met.
- Providing formal reports on the analysis and evaluation of department’s activities.
- Aiding management and staff in the formulation of forms and disclosure documents for compliance with all policies and procedures.
- Ensuring the quality aspects of the work done by various departments and services provided by the various departments.
- Maintaining proper documentation of the policies, procedures, standard operating procedures, minutes, papers and other relevant documents.
- Overview of the Master Calendar.
Person Specification
- Educated to at least level 5 of UK degree (Essential)/ACCA (Skills/Professional Level)
- Positive, flexible attitude
- Personal integrity and ability to establish rapport with colleagues and students
Experience
- Experience of leadership or administration of student association or networks
- Ability to build effective relationships both of students and staff colleagues
- Demonstrable experience of analytical tools
- Strong and creative evidence of using digital tools including MS office/google suite and various appropriate social media platforms
