The British College is thrilled to announce exciting opportunities for Full-time faculty position for our School of Computing in the upcoming academic year.
Subject:Programming/Java/.Net/Android/Object Oriented
Working Hours: This is a full-time position requiring a commitment of six days a week from 7:00 am - 2:00 pm
Working load: 16 Hours/week
Responsibilities:
- Delivering high-quality lectures and practical sessions in Programming/Java and relevant Programming Language syc.
- Developing and updating curriculum materials to meet industry standards.
- Mentoring and guiding students in their academic and career development.
- Engaging in research activities and staying current with industry trends.
- Collaborating with colleagues on academic initiatives.
Qualifications:
- A Master's or Ph.D. degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Proficiency in Programming languages, C, C++, HTML, PHP, JAVA, Web development, .Net, Android, Python
- Previous teaching or industry experience in Java, Python, .Net, C and C++. (At Least 3-4 years or more experiences in curriculum of British or American education)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A commitment to fostering a positive learning environment.
2) Subjects: Mathematics and Statistics
Working Hours: This is a full-time position requiring a commitment of six days a week from 7:00 am - 2:00 pm
Working load: 16 Hours/week
Responsibilities:
- Delivering comprehensive and engaging lectures in Mathematics and Statistics.
- Developing and updating course materials to meet academic standards.
- Mentoring and advising students on academic and career matters.
- Engaging in research activities and contributing to the scholarly community.
- Collaborating with colleagues on curriculum development and institutional initiatives.
Qualifications:
- A Master or Ph.D. in Mathematics, Statistics, or a closely related field such as Physics
- Demonstrated expertise in Mathematics and Statistics.
- Teaching experience at the university level is highly desirable. (At Least 3 years or more experiences in curriculum of British or American education)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- A commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
Subjects:Networking and Network Security/ Networking Architecture
Working Hours: This is a full-time position requiring a commitment of six days a week from 7:00 am - 2:00 pm
Working Load: 16 Hours/week
Responsibilities:
- Conducting engaging lectures and hands-on sessions in Networking and Network Security.
- Developing and updating course materials to align with industry standards.
- Providing guidance and mentorship to students pursuing networking-related studies.
- Actively participating in research activities and staying current with evolving networking technologies.
- Collaborating with colleagues to enhance curriculum design and institutional initiatives.
Qualifications:
- A Ph.D. or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a relevant field.
- Proficiency in Networking and Network Security concepts.
- Prior teaching or industry experience in networking is highly advantageous. (At Least 3 years or more experiences in curriculum of British or American education)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Dedication to fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
Requirements:
- A relevant academic background and experience in the respective module.
- Should teach 5 modules
