M.Sc. Information Technology (IT) focuses on making a student technically competent in the theory of Information Technology, its application and research related aspects. The programme aims to make students eligible for IT Industry as well as research programmes.

Entry Requirements

There are no prerequisites with regards to the faculty of any previously obtained degree. Applicants should either have at least a second class honours degree in the cognate subject of Computing, at least a second class honours degree in a non-cognate subject supported by evidence of an aptitude for the subject applied for or have equivalent experience or training, normally from within the work environment. Pre-Masters:  A Bachelor degree or equivalent from a recognised university

Duration: Pre-Masters + 3 semesters

Direct Entry: A pass in TBC's Pre-Masters degree 

IELTS: IELTS 6.0 with no skills below 5.5, or an equivalent qualification. The University provides excellent support for any applicant who may be required to undertake additional English language courses.
