Dr Declan P Bannon is Visiting International Professor, Academic and Management Consultant specialising in Strategy and Marketing.  Currently Academic Dean of the British College, Nepal and a former Dean and Pro-Vice Chancellor of Business at University of Kurdistan-Hewler.

Previous positions include Programme Leader MBA at the University of Aberdeen – Qatar and the University of West Scotland.  A Chartered Marketer with over thirty years’ teaching experience in Universities in the UK, Europe, Middle East, Asia, and Africa.

Declan holds degrees from the University of Ulster, an MBA from Edinburgh University and a PhD Doctorate in Marketing from the University of the West of Scotland.  

As an executive business advisor and consultant, Declan specialises in challenging contemporary approaches to marketing, strategy and business development for MNE and SMEs internationally.

As a researcher and writer, he is widely published in national and international journals, academic texts and business publications.  Consultancy experience has covered a multitude of organisations, blue chip, SME and start-ups in industrial, service sector, public sector, retailing, voluntary and third sector.
