Associate Graphic Designer

Job Description

We are looking for a creative Graphic Designer to join our team. The responsibilities of a graphic designer include creating designs according to specifications and improving design tasks.

To be successful as a graphic designer you should have original ideas and a keen eye for detail, and ultimately be able to create imaginative designs.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Designing and facelift of the prospectus
• Designing and posting minimum 3 Posts weekly for TWI and TWC
• Designing and posting a minimum 1 videos weekly each for TWI and TWC
• Facelift of website designs with recommendations
• Monthy 3 blog posts each for TWI and TWC courses
• Designing Flyers and Banners for TWI and TWC
• Creative ideation and development, Ad copy, social media texts
• Creativity required in the education sector
• Should be able to do competition check and recommend solutions and initiatives
• Designing templated letters and notices for TWI and TWC on an Ad hoc basis
• Reports to both Vishal and Sushma based on deliverables

Qualification & Qualities 

• An Undergraduate Degree in Graphic Communication or a similar/relevant subject.
• A minimum of 1-year work experience as a Graphic designer.
• Experience with design software and graphics editing software, such as Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, and Adobe Premiere.
• Knowledge of visualisation techniques, including:
• Basic photo adjustment and colour correction skills.
• Basic video editing and shooting skills.
• Prototyping and mockup making.
• A talent for creativity and problem-solving, along with critical thinking capabilities.
• Have the ability to multitask and always be open to learning more.
• Possess communication, time management, and interpersonal skills.
• Be able to handle feedback and strive for continual improvement.
