 Duties and responsibilities


  • Collate, verify & post the purchase & sales invoices in the system.
  • Well verse with working in excel.
  • Handle account inquiries from internal and external sources.
  • Make regular contact with clients to ensure balances on account are up to date.
  • Generate both incoming and outgoing invoices.
  • Able to perform under pressure with update to date deliverable.




  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree
  • Experience of at at least 1.5 year prior experience is preferred
  • Working knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems


Preferred Skills


  • Prior experience of working in quick books is preferred.
  • Excellent command of English (Both written and spoken).
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Self-motivated and detail-oriented.
  • Quick to collaborate and coordinate with team members when necessary.
  • Prior experience working with financial accounts.
  • Strong math and critical reasoning skills.
