The British College Supports the Food for Life Nepal Charity Project

The British College Supports the Food for Life Nepal Charity Project On 19th June 2019, the students of The British College joined the ‘Mid-day Meal’ programme at Naulin Secondary School, organised by Food for Life Nepal (FFLN), where around 200 underprivileged children at the school were provided with a nutritional lunch. The funding for this event was raised by the students through a Charity Movie Showing of the 'Avengers Endgame', which was organised earlier this year, on 23rd April.

One Million Trees Campaign: Environment Day Special Programme On the 5th June, The British College celebrated World Environment Day and embraced it as a great opportunity to raise awareness about everyone’s responsibility to care for the Earth and become true agents of change. To commemorate this auspicious occasion, The British College and British College Alumni Network (BCAN) joined with the “1 Million Tree Plantation” campaign, organised by Green Touch Nepal, in collaboration with the Lumbini World Peace Forum.

BCAN Blood Donation Programme at The British College On April 29th, The British College Alumni Network (BCAN) organised a ‘Blood Donation Programme’ in association with Life Bank and The British College - TBC Hub. The Blood donation programme was organised by BCAN to address and contribute to the constant blood demand in our community. This programme ran in collaboration with the Himal Hospital Pvt. Ltd.

British Model College Continues the Clean-Up Campaign A team of enthusiastic A-level students from British Model College joined together to participate in the Team Up to Clean Up campaign. The students spent the morning picking litter in Kailas Dander, a crowded park set above the cultural heritage site, Pashupatinath Temple on 4th May 2018.
