TBC organised Rangolis Competition

Tihar is approaching and with it the lights and elaborate decoration. Student’s joined in the festivities today as they took part in TBC Rangoli competition. 14 teams turned up to compete, from A level to Masters students all producing incredible, colourful creations. The rangoli’s were diverse, taking on a range of different designs from peacocks to pokeballs; one even included TBC logo. After two hours of competing the rangolis were judged and the winners announced by A level art teacher, Bidhata Kc. First prize went to a group of Masters students: Ganju Khadka, Rakshya Khadka, Sureshma Lamsal, Shradha Shah and Shreeya Gautam for their inventive design including the om sign and ganesh’s trunk. Second prize went to a group of BBA students: Astha Gurung, Ujan Shrestha, Aishwarya Shakya, Ayush Gopali, Rahul Shahi, Nabin Khakurel and Sahil Gurung. Third prize went to a group of IT students : Joshua Shakya, Uttara Thapa, Utsav Bhandari, Milan Khanal and Saurav Katwal.  

 

 

Congratulations and thank you for all those who participated. Our basketball court looks beautiful and ready for the celebrations.
