As a direct benefit, ACCA trainees at the college can now claim the Performance Objectives exemption, meaning they no longer need to individually document each objective as they achieve it in ACCA's online My Experience tool. Instead, their Practical Experience Supervisor verifies their completed objectives via a single confirmation form when they apply for membership or leave the organisation. 

This simplifies the administrative side of the Practical Experience Requirement (PER); trainees still need to complete the full 36 months of relevant employment and achieve all nine required Performance Objectives to qualify.

The Professional Development status authorises the college to deliver Continuing Professional Development (CPD) programmes for its ACCA-qualified staff.
