Fintech Alliance Nepal in Collaboration with The British College Kathmandu Hosts Insightful Session on Hire Purchase Financing

Fintech Alliance Nepal, in collaboration with The British College Kathmandu, successfully hosted the February edition of its Fintech Fridays : Monthly Fintech Sessions under the theme “Hire Purchase Business in Nepal: Opportunities & Challenges.” The session was held on Friday, 13th February 2026 at Hotel Yak & Yeti, Kathmandu, bringing together industry leaders, policymakers, and fintech professionals to discuss the evolving landscape of hire purchase financing in Nepal. 

The panel featured Mr. Madan Dahal, Director General of the Inland Revenue Department, and Mr. Rajendra Kafle, President of the Association of Hire Purchase Companies Nepal. The session was presented by Mr. Ashish Sharma, Digital Banking Consultant and Board Member of Fintech Alliance Nepal, and moderated by Mr. Binay Khadka, CEO & Co-Founder of Trust Bridge Capital.
