Pooja Karn holds a Masters in Human Resources Management. Since graduating she has gained 9 years of experience with top International and National organizations and is a member of Nepal Human Resources Society.

She is now the Assistant Manager for Human Resources Department with the overall HR responsibility of The Kandel Group, and with the right mix of experience and knowledge, she helps to create a positive and productive work environment for all staff.
