Vacancy for Business Development Representative

Eworks is looking for a Business Development Representative to join our team in our Kathmandu office. We are looking for someone with proven work experience in Business Development or Sales Account Executive to generate leads in the IT Industry. This person will be intuitive, results-driven, and eager to bring our product/services to new markets. The person will be responsible for full lifecycle sales efforts, from Identifying potential clients to the initial call through contract execution. We are looking for someone with Outsourcing industry knowledge, strong communication skills, excellent problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to start, develop, and nurture relationships. The selected individual will be ambitious, outgoing, self-motivated, positive, organized, a good listener, strategic thinker and persuasive. Individuals should have strong experience in MS Office products: Outlook, Word, and Excel, and know-how software development cycles.
