The event was graced by Mr Rajen Kandel (CEO of TBC), Mr. Tanka Lal Ghising (Chairman of Nepal Rugby Association), Mrs Shakuntala Nagarkoti (Member of National Sports Council) and Mr Nilendra Shrestha (Member of Nepal Olympics Committee).
