In order to ensure the quality and efficiency of our TBC team, yesterday all of our staff participated in a two hour communications training led by the enthusiastic and highly admired International Corporate Trainer, Mannsi Agrawal. Mannsi, a certified ‘Distinguished Toast Master’ (DTM) led a highly informative moreover an exciting session equipping the staff with key techniques for improving internal communications in the college. Staff immersed themselves in the practical learning, not hesitating to participate in the, often amusing, tasks. Role plays, games and, for some, tackling challenging audiences helped apply these new skills.  The training was a huge success and for that the staff would like to thank Mrs Agrawal for her energy and encouragement.
