TBC Staff Development 2017
Staff of TBC enjoyed a grand day at Gorkana Resort this Saturday for their annual Staff Training Retreat. Couselage, organisational development specialists, provided an engaging, active and highly amusing session for the staff regarding the topic of team building. The day was packed with ice breaker and team building activities including some blindfolded chaos and an epic scavenger hunt to pull together all of the skills learnt through the day’s proceedings. Thanks to the team at Counselage for such an entertaining and productive session.
