TBC Staff Development 2016
This Saturday, TBC staff were whisked off to the fancy Gorkana Forest Resort for a day of staff development. Following the guidance of trainer Jayendra Rimal, the staff discussed the essentials for great leadership and worked on effective communication within the workplace. The day was filled with challenging group activities; a great way to integrate staff members both new and old, and to solidify staff relationships.
Staff thoroughly enjoyed the opportunity, both to explore the beautiful resort and more importantly to build a stronger team at TBC. CEO Rajen Kandel and Jayendra Rimal presented every staff member with a certificate to recognise the completion of the development programme. The staff look forward to further training in the near future.
