Growth Sellers, an independent consultancy, dedicated to empowering the individuals and the organisation held a training and corporate conference last Friday, here at The British College. The session, attended by CEO’s and HR Managers from notable Kathmandu companies, facilitated a discussion on effective corporate resourcing and employee enhancement. Conversation highlighted the importance of thorough employee screening and the ideal candidates for corporate recruitment. The event was mutually beneficial as TBC could identify the ways in which we can mold our students into the most employable future candidates.
