Growth Sellers 13th Excellence Series Held at TBC
Growth Sellers, an independent consultancy, dedicated to empowering the individuals and the organisation held a training and corporate conference last Friday, here at The British College. The session, attended by CEO’s and HR Managers from notable Kathmandu companies, facilitated a discussion on Talent Management and Succession Planning. Conversation highlighted the opportunities and challenges in talent management and succession planning.. The event was mutually beneficial as TBC could identify the ways in which we can mold our students into the most employable future candidates.
