Eworks is looking for a Business Development Manager to join our team in our Kathmandu office. We are looking for someone with proven work experience in Business Development or Sales Account Executive to generate leads in the IT Industry.

 

Purpose of the Role

 

 

To ensure a smooth running of the department.

 

Duties and Responsibilities

 

  • Responsible for full lifecycle sales efforts, from identifying potential clients to the initial call through contract execution.
  • Develop new relationships in an effort to grow the business and help the company expand.
  • Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
  • Arrange business meetings with prospective clients.
  • Responsible for Online Bidding and getting business from online portals and from direct marketing.
  • B2B meetings with potential and dormant customers to prospect for new business opportunities.
  • Effectively negotiates with clients by clarifying, emphasizing agreement terms, and working through differences to achieve a positive outcome.
  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Develops marketing strategies.
  • Keep records of sales, revenue, etc.
  • Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events where appropriate.

 

 

Qualifications and Experience

 

  • Bachelor's Degree from a reputed university. MBA is a plus.
  • Previous experience is required in the same role of working with software services, specifically in Technology Sales.
  • Business prospecting and bidding
  • Should be fluent in written, oral communication in English and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to report on business performance, against a clear set of key performance indicators
  • An entrepreneurial spirit would be a plus.
  • Capable of effective presentations and demonstrations via online tools
  • Previous Sales Experience in a Software Company is a Must.
  • Proven track record in attracting new clients and closing sales.
  • Excellent project & time management.
  • Advanced Computer skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
